How long each service takes and how it comes about. Mandatory services are not started by the customer: Jonas announces them by serial letter before the deadline.

Announced by Mr Weller by letter. The customer reschedules with the code from the letter.
- Acceptance of new fireplace60 min
Bookable online at any time.
- Other/consultation
No appointment: the customer sends a request and Jonas gets back to them.
- On-site consultation30 min
Not selectable by customers. Only created when Jonas resolves a request without a service with an appointment.
