Booking rules
The rules the app uses to offer, bundle and change appointments.
Booking
- Online booking closes at 18:00 the day before. After that, the next day can no longer be booked.
- Appointments can be booked up to 8 weeks ahead.
Guarantee per address
- Every address gets at least 4 free windows on at least 3 different weekdays within the next 14 days.
- At least one of them is a late or Saturday window, so working people find a slot too.
Bundling
- An address has at most one open appointment within 28 days. A second due service is attached to it.
- If the window is too short, the visit runs into the directly following window, or Jonas proposes a new date.
Changing and cancelling
- Customers can reschedule or cancel confirmed appointments themselves up to 24 hours before.
- Announced mandatory services cannot be cancelled, only moved or handed to Jonas via “Doesn't work at all”.
Deadlines
- Every mandatory service has a deadline. Jonas announces it beforehand by serial letter.
- “Deadline at risk” means planning found no suitable slot before the deadline. Attaching, moving or a reserve window can help.
- The deadline lights show the worst case per day: green – all booked; blue – plannable (even before any planning run); yellow – to clarify, a proposal is pending or attach/move is possible; red – reserve only, also when the deadline ends before the next bookable working day; outline – no deadline.
